We started getting together a few winters ago just to play music. There was no plan, no performances we were preparing for. We congregated in the living room and played songs we felt like playing and warmed up those winter nights with good music.

After awhile we started playing a few songs together on solo gigs Andy had booked for himself. That was fun and audiences responded to what we were doing. And we were still getting together each week to just play for our own enjoyment.

All this led us to come up with our own approach and sound. We like to take a song that you wouldn't expect an acoustic trio to play, Strawberry Fields or Space Oddity or a Pink Floyd tune, and put our own spin on it. Or someone will request "some country" at a gig and we'll play a Johnny Cash tune that we've never played before.

It's all good music and we're lucky to play music we enjoy for people that enjoy us.
